Mount Aloysius College seeks highly qualified individuals with experience in instructional technologies and online course development for a full-time position as an Education Technologies Specialist within the Library & Learning Commons.

Current Opening

The Education Technologies Specialist provides general support and manages aspects of learning support technology in library resources, website, and the College’s learning management system; assists online course developers as an instructional designer; serves as project manager for course development and maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technologies, or education with a minimum of two years of experience in the field of educational/instructional technology or commensurate experience required. Knowledge of web technologies, web page design, and electronic information retrieval tools required. Experience in higher education, instructional technology, and Canvas administration preferred. Strong service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Demonstrated ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
