Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a temporary full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in person and onsite nursing care for students, faculty, staff or visitors who become ill or injured on Campus.  Position is available immediately for the 2021-2022 academic year when students are in residence.

This position will provide primary and follow-up care primarily for student illness, injuries, and other health concerns.  Conducts COVID-19 testing and follows all COVID-19 policies and procedures in place at Mount Aloysius College.  Develops and maintains student medical records, files, prepares reports, and complies with automated data system requirements.  Makes appropriate referrals for other campus or outside services.  Provides support for other office functions such as student clinical clearances as assigned.  Additional off-shift work may be required for COVID-19 testing or contact tracing purposes.


Valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.  Current and valid CPR and First Aid certifications also required.  Nursing experience in a college or university health office preferred.  Knowledge of best practices in health care delivery to students and others on a College campus strongly desired.
