Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a part-time Graduate Residence Director (GRD) to join its Residence Life team.

The GRD assists the Director of Residence Life with day to day operations, supervises Resident Assistant (RA) staff, participates in on-call rotation, coordinates intramural activities, and trains and recruits RA staff. This is a live-in position from August 12, 2019 through May 16, 2019 and works an average of 20 hours per week. The GRD participates in campus activities, student conduct, program operations, and assists with large campus events such as family weekend and accepted student day.

Candidates must be current or prospective graduate students at Mount Aloysius College. Enrollment in one of the College’s master’s degree programs is required. Genuine interest in the student affairs profession is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a must.

Because the GRD is required to live on campus, room and board are provided. In addition, the GRD receives a tuition waiver of up to 9 graduate credits per semester. Apply in confidence to the Office of Human Resources at http://www.mtaloy.edu/jobs. Review of candidates will begin immediately.
