Mount Aloysius College is seeking candidates for full-time work in our maintenance/grounds department.

Maintenance/Groundskeepers are responsible for the appearance, condition and maintenance of the campus facilities and grounds. Duties are dependent on the season and include shoveling, snow-removal, spreading ice melt, mowing, weeding, shrubbery pruning, and debris removal. Additional duties may be assigned depending on candidate's skill set. ie., minor repairs, painting, etc.

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working on grounds, maintenance or physical plant team preferred. Ability to carry out assigned responsibilities independently in the absence of direct supervision and follow oral and/or written directions. Ability to set work priorities and establish a good rapport with coworkers also required. Background clearances including criminal history and PA child abuse clearances, and valid, unencumbered PA Driver's license also required.
