Mount Aloysius College invites applications from qualified candidates for the Assistant Director of Facilities to join our Physical Plant team. The Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of all physical plant activities including supervision of maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and student staff in the absence of the Director.

The Assistant Director is a working supervisor and has primary responsibility for Housekeeping services.  Duties include but are not limited to: delegation of work assignments, ensuring timely completion of tasks and standards of customer service are met.  Organize logistics and adjust assignments as necessary for staff coverage and to support various campus events and activities.  Facility operations includes all campus buildings, grounds and outdoor field spaces.  The Assistant Director works collaboratively with the Director to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, among other regulations.  
 
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
