Mount Aloysius College invites applications for a full-time, year round Faculty Secretary for the Division of Humanities, Social Science and Professional Studies.

This position provides direct administrative support to the Dean for the Division of Humanities, Social Science and Professional Studies as well as limited support for Department Chairs and division faculty.  Duties include preparation of letters and other documents including self-study accreditation reports and meeting minutes.  Coordinates and schedules meetings as assigned.  Manages confidential paper and electronic records in a neat and organized manner.

Three (3) years administrative/secretarial support experience required.  Above average verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills a must.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced spread-sheeting skills in Microsoft Excel required.  Associate Degree in office administration or equivalent preferred.  Experience in higher education a plus.
